Money Order Claim Form Instruction

  • The form must be completed in full by the PURCHASER on the money order (ONLY)
  • Fill out and sign one claim form for each money order
  • A copy of driver license or ID needed
  • A PHOTOCOPY will be provided if the money order has been cashed
  • A refund will only be issued if the Money Order Claim Form has been properly completed and signed
  • Mail the claim form, original money order stub (no photocopies), copy of ID, and if you have a copy of the money order along with the $ 18.00 money order non-refundable processing fee per money order. Do not send cash or check, payable to: Continental Express Money Order Company Inc
  • All refunds may take up to 45 to 60 days to process. However, if the Money Order Claim Form was not fill out properly the refund may be delayed by additional days
  • No STOP PAYMENT or CANCELLATION will be issued against any money order
